Refund Policy
If you try Qwell and aren't satisfied, email hello@qwell.co within 60 days of purchase and we'll refund up to one bottle of Qwell from your first order.

This offer is for first-time trials only. Refunds aren't available on repeat or recurring orders. 

Why we don't accept returns
Due to the ingestible nature of Qwell, we don't accept physical returns or exchanges.

You don't need to send anything back to receive your refund. 

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email hello@qwell.co within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

A note on expectations
Most users notice reduced cravings within 3 weeks of consistent usage. Give Qwell a fair trial, that's what our 60-day promise is for.
