Cravings dropped pretty quickly for me. By day 2 my craving was already gone BEFORE I'd finished the cigarette, which is definitely not usual. Two capsules a day feels about right. One thing I'd say is timing matters. My urges tend to hit after lunch and after dinner, so taking one after breakfast and another around 3 or 4pm worked way better for me than just splitting it morning and midday.
I didn't get any of the withdrawal stuff I was expecting, no irritability, no brain fog. I really didn’t feel the urge to smoke on full days, even at the times I'd normally be reaching for one. And when I did have a cigarette, I couldn't finish it.
I've smoked around a pack a day for 7 years and never really tried to quit before. By day 5 I was down to 15 cigarettes and cravings and mood both improved. Simple to use and withdrawal felt easier than usual too. Would recommend to others.
Whenever I took a capsule, I didn’t feel the need to smoke for the next 3 hours. That’s never happened to me before.
